It is our goal to offer the lowest price possible without having the customer search to find an item at a lower price. There may come a time that you find the same item on another site that may be a slightly different price. We will meet any advertised price for the same style / size / color if it meets the following requirements: |

1. You purchase the item from us. |

2. The merchant is a well established site (as determined by The Sensual Touch). |
|

3. The item must be from the same manufacturer and available in the same size / color. |
|
| |
4. The item is not an auction item, the cost of shipping absorbs the difference in the cost of the item, or be a special promotion item (including special coupons and sales). |

5. Limited to three identical items per customer, and no more than 3 claims within 90 days. |

Q. How well do you stock your merchandise? |
|
| |
A. Generally all items are in stock, however all items are subject to availability. Our online inventory is not real-time and there may be items listed that are not currently in stock. If an item that was ordered does become unavailable, we will contact you to determine if a substitute can be used, credit towards the purchase of a different item, or wait until the item does come back in stock. Cancellation of an order is subject to a 10% surcharge and is only an option if the merchandise has not already been shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. It will take approximately 3-5 business days after the order is shipped for the merchandise to reach your door. Please also keep in mind that USPS does not work on weekends or holidays. If you need your merchandise sooner, we suggest that you request rush delivery when you check out or contact us directly about overnight / 2 day delivery. Sorry but orders are not processed over the weekend. We process orders Monday through Friday,
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. |

Q. What is your return policy? |
|
| |
A. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our warehouses. Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED condition and in the original packaging it was received in. Please do not mark or tape the original packaging in any way, including placing the shipping label directly on the merchandise. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. You must notify our RMA Department within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in refusal of your return. We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. If you have paid via PayPal, you will need to submit this payment. If in doubt, please consider if you would buy this merchandise as new with no complaints.
Once you have received authorization to return merchandise, this authorization is only good for 30 days from that date. If the merchandise is not received within this time, the RMA is no longer valid and the merchandise shall be discarded if it arrives after this time.
Absolutely no exceptions will be made from the above policy. |

Q. What methods of payment do you accept? |
|
| |
A. Payment Forms Accepted: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal for all orders. We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, and eCheck through PayPal. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks. |

We also offer an order form which you can print out and mail / fax in your order, for those of you who do not like to do transactions over the internet. |

International orders - Please contact us first for a quote including shipping. Orders will be charged the additional shipping cost in order for us to send the merchandise to your country. E-mail us with the item number and quantities and we will direct you to checkout. |

Q. What methods of shipping are used? |
|
| |
A. We normally ship lingerie discretely through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (US). If you are in need of shipping to a APO/FPO address, please contact us first to determine shipping costs. Merchandise is usually shipped within 3-5 business days. If there is any delay, we will notify you ASAP.
If any change of shipping address is made after the order has been processed, you will be responsible for any costs incurred. We cannot change the shipping method once the order has been processed / shipped. |

Q. Do you ship overseas? |
|
| |
A. International Shipping for shoes is based on weight and will be
shipped via United States Express Mail and has a rate beginning at $25.00.
Please do not request any other special shipping method, as we will not honor it. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. If you want a quote on shipping, please email us before placing your order. Please be aware that international shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please use our International Price Quote Request to determine what shipping costs will be incurred. If you proceed to make your purchase without doing so you are authorizing us to charge the prevailing shipping costs incurred to the credit card which was used to make the purchase. |

Rush orders to the US will be charged an additional $15 fee. Sorry but rush shipping is not cost efficient for international orders and is therefore not offered. |
